Srikar’s journey has grown between India and Australia, two places that shaped how he sees innovation and opportunity. He started in Bengaluru’s startup ecosystem and later built his experience in Brisbane and Melbourne, working with teams focused on creating meaningful change.
His work spans across government, enterprise and emerging tech, with contributions to projects at Optus, Mater Health, Queensland Health, the Australian Department of Education, Brisbane City Council, the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Sunshine Coast Council. He has also worked with organisations like V-TOL Aerospace, the Australian Unmanned Systems Academy, LineLeader, REIA and REINZ, gaining insight into sectors such as health-tech, edu-tech and prop-tech.
He has remained closely connected to founders through programs with Muru-D by Telstra, UQ Ventures, River City Labs, Fishburners and other accelerators, where he has mentored teams and supported their early growth.
With WeClan, he brings these experiences together. India’s Big Pitch, one of the initiatives he values most, connected APAC startups with investors and opened doors for women founders and multicultural talent. His work across the India–Australia corridor also earned him recognition as a finalist for the 2021 Young Professional of the Year by the India–Australia Business and Community Alliance.
Today, he continues shaping WeClan with a simple belief: global growth should feel accessible, supportive and achievable for every founder and organisation ready for their next step.
